Welcome to the Rio Ancho Ranch blog.  This will be a place where we will keep you updated on the happenings with Rio Ancho Ranch in Bertram and Liberty Hill.  The project is currently under development with lots of exciting things happening.  The community center has lots of work going on including the building of the community pool center.  Underground utitlities are under way and should be complete in the next few weeks.  Then the roads will continue to be built and completed.  We are working on interviewing and lining up potential "preferred builders" along with planning some "grand opening" type events.  Keep checking back for the latest on what is going on.  We're excited to be bringing this exclusive community to our area!
